Up this month: one of the Solon Catalyst originals. In our first couple of years, we tested the waters in Solon with summer sessions of Kettlebells in the Park before finding more permanent shelter at St. Mary’s and later the community center. In that original group was Becky Bell. We were thrilled when she found her way back to us last year. We love her quiet sense of humor, even more on point since her husband, Andy joined our early morning motley crew. We don’t hear much from her, but when we do, it counts, whether it’s a well-placed compliment…or complaint! Keep reading for more about her favorites: moves, motivators, and birthdays!
