What to expect:

Build and strengthen muscle to improve metabolic rate and body composition primarily through the use of kettlebells. All classes include mobility, strength and metabolic work programmed toward 4-12 week goals.

Class Times:

Monday – Thursday

  • 5:30 – 6:15 a.m.

Tuesday & Thursday

  • 5:00 – 5:45  p.m.

Cost:

  • $20.00 per class
  • $15.00 per class with purchase of a 10-credit punch card pass
