Why?

In order to get to know our clients better and make sure movements are safe before entering a class setting and adding weight, everyone begins with an individual session where we complete a functional movement screen, introduce kettlebell basics, and discuss goals & training options. There is no need to worry about having experience with kettlebells or being in shape.
