What to expect:

Burn calories, increase your metabolic rate, and create a puddle of sweat using a variety of equipment.   Expect higher intensity with shorter rest periods. All classes include mobility, strength and metabolic work programmed towards 6-12 week goals.

Class Times:

Tuesdays and Thursdays

  • 5:15 – 6:00 a.m.
  • 6:15 – 7:00 a.m.
  • 5:30 – 6:15 p.m. — in Solon
