What to expect:

Strengthen and build muscle to improve metabolic rate and body composition primarily through the use of kettlebells. Expect to lift heavier weights with longer rest periods.  All classes include mobility, strength and metabolic work programmed towards 6-12 week goals.

Class Times:

Mondays & Wednesdays

  • 5:15 – 6:00 a.m.
  • 5:30-6:15 a.m — in Solon
  • 6:15 – 7:00 a.m.
  • 9:15 – 10:00 a.m.

Cost:

  • $20.00 per class
  • $15.00 per class with purchase of a 10-credit punch card pass
